SUMMARY OF CURRENT STREAMFLOW CONDITIONS AND PERCENTAGES
           OF LONG-TERM MONTHLY, SEASONAL, AND WATER YEAR AVERAGE

                                                         SEPTEMBER 1997


      This is a table of the monthly mean discharge for selected stations
      in Washington and the percentage of the current monthly mean with
      the long-term average monthly mean for the month.  The table also
      lists the percentage of the 3-month (season) cumulative discharge
      with the long-term average seasonal cumulative discharge, and the
      percentage of the water year to-date cumulative discharge with the
      long-term average cumulative discharge.

      NOTE:  The data listed here are PROVISIONAL and subject to review
             and change.  Updated monthly means are available from the
             U.S. Geological Survey Public Information Officer.
